Every room is a one-year fixed term.

Is smoking allowed?
No smoking in the rooms or the shared washroom.
Are the private rooms furnished?
No. The private rooms are newly renovated and leased empty. You bring your own desks and chairs.
Is there a meeting room?
No. There is no shared meeting room. The private room is yours and is leased empty. You bring your own furniture and use it to greet clients and hold face-to-face meetings.
Is the washroom private?
The washroom is shared, and it is cleaned twice a day.
Who is the landlord?
Rainbowtex Fashion Knits Ltd. Rainbowtex Workshop is the name of these rooms. You deal with the owner.
How do I see a room?
Call, WhatsApp, or email Miss Chan or Miss Lui, and say which room you want to see. Miss Chan is +852 9486 5133 and [email protected]. Miss Lui is +852 9083 8489 and [email protected].
What does the rent include?
Unlimited Wi-Fi, 24-hour air conditioning, and a mailbox are included. Management fee, government rates, electricity, and the deposit are confirmed when you visit.
Is there an agent fee?
No. You lease from the owner, so there is no agency fee in the leasing path.
